Ashley Kipp is the Vice President of Programs at Gryphon Place in Kalamazoo, MI. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and has worked in mental health for over 15 years. Her early work primarily focused on providing trauma-informed care and treatment to youth in Crisis Residential and Stabilization programming. She currently oversees crisis intervention services (including 988) and community-based work at Gryphon Place, where their mission is to make connections to resources, nurture healing and resiliency, and promote restorative justice for people in conflict and crisis. She has served as a Board Member of With One Voice, Michigan’s statewide suicide prevention coalition and is a registered trainer in safe TALK, ASIST, and QPR.
